Jagruti Bhikha

As Director of the Grace Hopper Celebration India, Jagruti mainly focuses on bringing professional development and leadership growth to the technical women of India at the Grace Hopper Celebration India, the largest conference for technical women in India. Jagruti has broad experience in engineering, marketing, services/product management, operations, start-ups, and change and transition employee communications consulting within the high-tech industry. Her previous roles in multiple leadership capacities provide context and a reality-based foundation for her work at the Anita Borg Institute.

Growing up in a family of seven children in a very small apartment in Mumbai, India, and her experiences as an independent woman engineer and parent bring an appreciation and understanding for interpersonal communication, teamwork, and life passages. Jagruti brings creative energy to her work and life relationships. She enjoys integrating personal intent, values and strengths with career and leadership development goals.
